| Like many contractors in the commercial large loss arena, we struggled with designing a spreadsheet based T&M invoicing system, although we
made it work, it was far from sophisticated and required a tremendous amount of automatic calculation oversight. When we found Time and Material
Plus II, we were initially skeptical because if seemed to good to be true, and that usually ends up being the case. So we shelved the idea for a while
and came back to Time and Material Plus II for another look, this time we studied the system and its benefits and decided to give it a try. Before we
went through the training, we have decided to prepare two sets of invoice packages - one with our current system and one with the new Time and
Material Plus II. We quickly realized that there was no need to run two systems - Time and Material Plus II was so simple to operate; we simply
discarded our old system. Now that we’ve been using Time and Material Plus II for a while, we ask ourselves how we ever got along for so long
